The FOCUS+ support group is now entering its sixth year of existence!

Our monthly meetings are very informal and open to everyone: people with ADHD, people with friends, family members or other loved ones with ADHD and just plain old ordinary people who are interested in learning more about ADHD.

Drop-ins are always welcome (but feel free to contact us prior to a meeting if you wish).  Our meetings are a mixture of group discussions and occasional presentations by individuals with specific expertise related to ADHD and its treatment.
