Among the most comforting moments in dealing with life's challenges, is
the one in which you realize you are not alone in your experiences or feelings!

Focus+ is a West Michigan advocacy, education, and support group for adults facing challenges related to AD/HD, or Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.

Meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month are free and open to anyone interested in attending.  You are welcome to just show up, or if you prefer, you can contact the group facilitator,  at (616) 392-4381 or revenhouse@hotmail.com prior to stopping in.

At monthly meetings, information on various aspects of concern to people who are diagnosed with AD/HD as well as friends and family of people with AD/HD, are shared.  There is always time for "networking" and general discussion as well.

It has taken more than 100 years to gain a clearer understanding of AD/HD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

Today we know that AD/HD isn't something that children automatically outgrow.

For many adults, AD/HD has a significant impact on their ability to  succeed at work, relate successfully to others and enjoy life to the fullest.

FOCUS+ meetings are held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. every 2nd Tuesday of the month at:

Christ Memorial Church

595 Graafschap Rd.

Holland, MI 49423
